ARTIST WELL-BEING AGENCY
We put the human behind the artist first. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the music industry and a psychological background, we've learned that true success begins with the well-being of our artists. We prioritize mental and physical health, ensuring that our artists are supported both personally and professionally.
We take care of all the professional aspects—artistic development, live and release strategy, promotion, marketing and administration—so our artists can focus on what they do best: creating and performing. Our extensive experience has allowed us to build a strong network, both nationally and internationally, which, combined with our personal and human approach, allows us to navigate the complexities of the industry with great agility.

When selecting the acts we work with, several key factors guide our choices. We call it our shared DNA.

3. Future potential: We look for artists with a great potential to grow and evolve. We love to develop the musical careers through daily & thorough support and building long-term visions. We strive for sustainable music careers.   
4. Personal click: A personal connection is important. We value strong relationships built on mutual respect and understanding. We appreciate artists who bring a fresh perspective and high energy to their craft. A positive, professional attitude is a must.
5. Complementarity: We consider how new acts will fit within our existing roster, ensuring a balanced and complementary lineup. Every artists gets a dedicated approach. We welcome artists of all identities, whether M/V/X, and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for everyone. Since we work very intensively to build sustainable careers for our artists, we are very selective when it comes to taking on additional acts.

We create powerful partnerships between brands and bands. With 20 years of experience in the music business, including roles at VI.BE and Ancienne Belgique (AB), we have a proven track record of successful collaborations with top brands like VRT (De Warmste Week), Proximus, Duvel, DS Automobiles and Baloise.

We love having a good mix within our roster. This includes both artists who appeal to a larger audience as well as highly talented niche artists. We love the independent approach and select carefully the right partners for our artists. We love to invest in a long-term artist career on a realistic pace. That’s why we are extremely grateful for our annual project-based financial support from the Flemish Government. These funds help us bridge the typical fluctuations of our industry and allow us to focus on the development of young artists and sustainable acts.
